Information Sessions
The Graduate College offers monthly information sessions to give you an opportunity to learn more  about FAU's many graduate programs. These sessions provide information about the admissions process, along with helpful tips from the testing center, financial aid, and student health services. Graduate information sessions are held on select Thursdays at 5:00 p.m.

Financing Your Graduate Education

FAU offers quality education at a reasonable rate. Our cost of attendance and tuition and fees compare favorably with other state of Florida schools. Many of our degree programs offer assistantships to graduate students - be sure to indicate your interest in assistantships during the application process. FAU's Office of Student Financial Aid is a good resource to learn more about the types of financial aid available to graduate students, including Financial Certification Form (International Students). Lastly, the Graduate College awards several fellowships to graduate students on an annual basis.

Bright Futures Scholars, Jump Start Your Graduate School Education
Florida Academic Scholars (FAS) and Florida Medallion Scholars (FMS) earning a baccalaureate degree in seven semesters or fewer (or the equivalent in credit hours) may receive funding for one term of graduate study, not to exceed 15 semester hours, paid at the undergraduate rate. Graduate Student Life

FAU offers a rich experience beyond the classroom and lab. The Boca Raton Student Union has undergone major overhaul to make it one of the most exciting stops campus. The Boca Raton campus is also home to the Stadium. There are multiple options for on-campus housing and off-campus housing across the various Florida Atlantic campuses.

The Graduate & Professional Student Association (GPSA), part of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management, actively promotes the interests of graduate students by providing academic resources, social programming, and networking opportunities. In addition to the GPSA, the Division of Student Affairs  also oversees a number of other departments of interest to graduate students: Career Development, International Student and Scholar Services, and Multicultural Affairs, to name a few.
